1. Dual-Spindle Collaborative Design, Efficient Parallel Processing

The machine adopts a vertical dual-spindle layout. Both spindles can operate independently and collaboratively, performing multi-process composite grinding on workpieces, significantly improving processing efficiency. Compared to traditional single-spindle grinders, production efficiency is increased by more than 30%.

2. Ultra-Precision Grinding Accuracy Control

Dimensional accuracy up to ±0.002mm, roundness and non-circular profile accuracy controlled within ±0.001mm, ID/OD coaxiality stable at 0.002-0.003mm, surface roughness as low as Ra: 0.2-0.4μm.

3. Dedicated Grinding Process Optimization

Optimized grinding path and wheel selection design, using dedicated grinding algorithms to effectively reduce grinding marks; equipped with grinding fluid circulation and filtration system to ensure grinding fluid cleanliness.

Key components are selected from internationally renowned brands. The machine body adopts a symmetrical structural design with low center of gravity and strong stability, effectively resisting impact forces and vibrations during the grinding process.
